Return / Exchange Eligibility

Return ya exchange sirf un situations mein accept kiya jayega jab:

• Product damaged receive ho.

• Product mein manufacturing issue ho.

• Product order ke mutabiq na ho.

Agar aapko product mein koi issue receive hota hai to delivery ke baad jald se jald humse contact karein.

Customized Products Policy

Customized products (jaise name, photo ya personal design wale items) specially customer ke order ke mutabiq banaye jate hain.

Is wajah se customized products ka return ya exchange sirf product damage ya quality issue ki surat mein accept kiya jayega.

Return Process

Return ya exchange ke liye:

3. Verification ke baad hamari team aapko next steps provide karegi.

Important Notes

• Product damage receive hone ki surat mein parcel ki pictures/video evidence ke liye save kar lena behtar hai.

• Customer ki personal choice ya change of mind ki wajah se return accept nahi kiya jayega.

• Customized order banne ke baad cancellation accept nahi ki jayegi.
